Introduction to Fusing
Art has been a part of my life since childhood, wandering through museums and galleries in Europe. I teach part-time, and create jewelry and art the rest of the time. In 2007 I was fortunate to follow a dream on my artistic and creative journey. For several years I organized and chaired an art auction for ACCKWA in Kitchener-Waterloo called "Chairs for Charity". Through the years I experimented with different ways of expressing my creativity, from drawing to pottery, and photography. Then I discovered the art of fused glass. I knew that this is what I wanted to do. I always loved jewelry and the freedom it allows a person to express themselves. My dream came into focus and I started creating one-of-a kind wearable art pieces.
